All sales are final and non-refundable (see Refund Policy).

4. Intellectual Property Rights

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, success, or results from our courses.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Bulkie Enterprises, its affiliates, and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (loss of profits, data, goodwill, etc.).
Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the six months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bulkie Enterprises, its directors, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend, disable, or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India for any disputes.
